If you like action games and sci-fi or futuristic video games then “Mass Effect is definitely a video game that you need to play!! Mass effect is designed for the Xbox 360. The video game is set in the future in the year 2183. But in the beginning thirty five years earlier, humanity discovered a cache of technology built by a technologically advanced but long-extinct race called the Protheans. Studying and adapting this technology, humankind has managed to break free of the solar system and has established numerous colonies and encountered many alien species within our galaxy. Utilizing alien artifacts known as Mass Relays, the various space-faring species are able to travel instantly across vast stretches of the galaxy.The game takes place primarily in two locations: the prototype frigate SSV Normandy, and the Citadel, a gigantic, ancient space station purportedly built by the Protheans and which currently acts as the center of galactic civilization. Throughout the game, however, the player may navigate the Normandy to various planets, moons and other destinations. The graphics in “Mass Effect” are some of the best for the Xbox 360, and some of the aliens that are encountered during game play are out of this world. There is a great storyline that goes along with the game but I will not get into the details so that I will not spoil the game for those who have not yet played it!! All that is left is that if you like a great action filled futuristic science fiction game with great graphics and characters, then go out and pick up this game today! I promise that you wont regret it! “ Mass Effect” is a very popular video game for the xbox 360 right now and it will probably remain popular for some time! There is already talk of two more sequels to the game so that it will be a genuine trilogy! So give “Mass Effect” a play today!! |
